We never collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
Parent Controls Everything
Parents have full control over what data is stored, visible, and shareable. You can delete your child's profile at any time.
No Public Child Profiles
Child profiles are completely private. Only the parent and their enrolled coaches can view profile information.
Media Consent Required
Any photos or videos of children require explicit, documented parental consent before upload. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Report a Safety Concern
If you experience inappropriate behavior from a coach, see concerning content, or have any safety concerns, please report immediately. Our safety team responds within 4 hours.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Cancel before the first class and receive 100% refund, no questions asked.
Pro-rated Refund
Cancel within the first month and receive a pro-rated refund for unused classes.
Trial Protection
Not satisfied after the trial class? We refund the trial fee in full.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are reviewed within 24 hours by our team. We always side with safety.
