Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coach Connect ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent registering on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the minor to these terms.

2. Platform Description

Coach Connect is a marketplace that connects parents of children (aged 6–18) with verified coaches for non-academic skill development including music, dance, sports, arts, and coding. Coach Connect facilitates discovery and enrollment but is not a party to the coaching relationship.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a Parent or Coach
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Coach Obligations

• Coaches must complete identity verification before listing on the platform
• All information in coach profiles must be truthful and current
• Coaches must maintain child-safe conduct at all times
• Coaches may not contact families or collect payments outside the platform
• Coach commission: Platform retains 15% of all enrollment fees

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit encryption
• Full refund available if cancelled before the first class
• Pro-rated refund available within the first calendar month
• Trial class fee is fully refundable if you are not satisfied
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm any user, child, or coach
• Circumvent the platform to arrange private sessions or payments
• Upload content without appropriate consent
• Attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Coach Connect platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Coach Connect Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international IP laws. User-generated content remains owned by users, but by posting you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coach Connect is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality of coaching, disputes between coaches and families, or any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
